Conceived for the military, embraced by explorers, geologists and trekkers, the Pallabrousse Legion is the original canvas boot that we produced in 1947: The pillar of the Palladium legend. The return of the PALLABROUSSE also underlines how our first model was a source of inspiration for shoe brands around the world.
WHERE IT ALL STARTED, THE FIRST EVER BOOT
Relaunched for a new generation of explorers. Using the original Pallabrousse molds and shoe lasts as the guiding lights of this project, the original elements of the design have been made to be more comfortable and sophisticated to suit today’s demands. Its 100% organic cotton canvas upper is built upon our iconic lug outsole to reduce foot fatigue and bears tasteful, decorative details that salute its place in history.

In terms of materials, we moved to a more sustainable approach so we kept the durable aspect of the whole product but we also used organic cotton to make this product. On top of that, we also improved the comfort aspect of the shoe. We added a Paradrop insole for better cushioning inside the boot.

Simplicity, durability, protection and comfort these are what we put into every product we create; these have always been our brand values and we have no intention of changing them now, because they have been working so well for the past 70 years. We wanted to emphasises and celebrate that by reintroducing the first shoe that set that benchmark.
